Location
Our Archery Fundamentals Course is run at Windmill Leisure Golf & Activity Centre, Henfield Road, BS36 2FE, which has an excellent covered shooting area.
Facilities
Toilet and bar facilities are available at the main club house.
Equipment
The club will provide you with all the necessary archery and safety equipment so all you need to think about is your personal comfort. Courses are run outdoors and we are at the mercy of the British weather so please make sure that you dress appropriately, please bear in mind the following; you need – warm clothing (nothing too baggy) and a bottle of water are really useful and if you’re lucky enough to catch the good weather remember to bring sun cream.
Purchasing your own bow is a big decision not to be taken lightly and we discourage new members from buying equipment until they have completed the course, you need to have some experience before you can properly select the best equipment to suit your shooting style.
Accessibility Information
